We are gladly accepting applications from qualified individuals who are interested in teaching or substitute teaching in all grade levels and subject areas.
Currently for the 2010-2011 school year
we are seeking teachers for the following:
*Beginning School Hands on Science Elective
This teacher meets weekly with a class of 4 & 5 yr old students who have stayed after school or have just joined one class. This teacher should love the hands on and inquiry part of science. This teacher should love creativity and young children.
Wages: varies based on level of experience and education averages between $15-$20/hr
*Lunch Bunch Aide
Every Wednesday from 11:00-12:45 our enrollment for Lunch bunch requires us to hire an additional pair of hands. This is a one hour structured lunch time and supervised recess for children ages 4 & 5.
Wages: $8.55 an hour
*Substitute Teachers
Inevitably,
teachers get sick. We need a solid core of teachers who can fill in either at the last minute or for prearranged times.
Wages: $15 an hour
*Elective Teachers
If you have a special skill or talent you would like to offer to a school community. Please submit your application with an eight week outline of your class proposal.
Wages: varies based on level of experience and education averages between $15-$20/hr
*Middle School Teachers
We are beginning our search for middle school teachers for the 2011-2012 school year. We are looking for individuals who desire to partner with us for a year to develop a dynamic program for 7th and 8th graders.
Wages: varies based on level of experience and education averages between $15-$20/hr
Volunteers
We offer high quality classical Christian education to students in the Monroe community. If you have a desire to be a part of our learning community we invite you to fill out a volunteer application and background check form.
We are also looking for members of our school and community to serve on the Board of Directors. Please review our Board Application if you would like to be considered to serve a two year term beginning in July 2010.
Monetary Donations
We are an approved non profit corporation and so all donations are tax deductible. All checks can be made out to the school and will be applied directly to our educational costs. Donations may be specified to go to our scholarship fund.
